'To The Zoo' new range of T-shirtsForgive my blog, it's been three months since I last posted! The British Craft Trade Fair took over my life in January and still has me reeling.
At the beginning of the year I received an email from Jersey Enterprise asking me to attend a meeting about the show and then suddenly I'm booked to go with nine other Jersey artists. I decided that this would be a great opportunity to get a new range together so each evening after work and after getting the children fed, washed and into bed I have been drawing, printing and putting Excel spreadsheets together. It has been a busy few months behind the scenes but the show was the most amazing experience and well worth the work.
On the way up to Harrogate

Bianca and I made lists of what we would like to achieve from the show, aside from the 'making money' wishes here are a few things I did achieve;
'to have a magazine article published about my work'

'meet up with my-most-lovliest-
Sarah and further our 'plans''
'talk in a confident and business-like way about my work', after Beverley's selling masterclass I feel a lot more confident!
